Sorry to those who like reading my blog and that i haven’t updated in a LONG time, this is due to not knowing what to write. But I am back.
There’s been quite a bit that has changed for me in the last few months. I found out my parent’s don’t want me anymore and yeah I'm 18 so I’m older enough to move out but is quite hard to when I’m only earning around £150-£200 pound a month. And houses/flats cost over £300 per month as well as bills on top of that!!
I have been looking for a full time job now that I have finished college for good. But this task is also hard as there is no where taking on or they are but they want you experienced and to be quite frank for a job in a shop all you bloody need is good customer service skills which you get from a pub!! So WHY won’t people take me on?? Is it the way I look?? or Is it because they don’t think I am experienced enough??
I’ve worked in a pub for the past two years and get told by many customers that I am the most pleasant and well mannered member of staff there and also asking why am i wasting my time there? I’ve also worked in a busy pharmacy, answering the telephone and dealing with customer’s enquires I just don’t understand?? I can work in a team as well since i have to do that in both jobs.
So basically, anyone who fancies giving a nice girl like me a job please will you get in contact!! I need it really BAD!! I would like to move out and have a place of my own and not so i can have parties but so i can feel like i have somewhere i can call home and know there is no one there that doesn’t want me there.
